Death In The Cities is from Hamburg based artist Bonzaii. Tarkovsky's film Solaris was a leading source of inspiration for the EP. The five bass-heavy tracks exhibit a climactic quality that creates lucid imagery of an affirmed and undeniable collapse.

'All the tracks combine field recordings and samples from my time in the studio, plus sounds gathered over the years, touring with bands and travelling. The EP doesn't feature a single synthesiser, either analogue or digital. I get the most exciting results sampling my recorded sounds and manipulating them into unique melodic instruments. Using these recordings creates a strong emotional attachment to the sounds and enables a fast workflow that I enjoy.'
